Pastor Erica Goodman has traveled around the UK and abroad ministering at major crusades and conferences.
She also ministers regularly at home at Victory to Victory church alongside her husband Pastor Douglas Goodman
She is the founder of the Woman of Excellence Ministry UK, a women’s ministry that she began in 1994 that has seen multitudes of women saved, healed, delivered empowered and equipped to walk into their destinies and strengthen in their relationship with God.
The Women of Excellence ministry host’s annual conferences and retreats for women of all age’s backgrounds and cultures. Pastor Erica is also the founder of the annual International Women’s Day awards ceremony, which recognises and acknowledges the accomplishments of women from various fields, sectors and backgrounds.
She is an author, teacher, and editor of the V2V Insider magazine.
Along with her husband Pastor Douglas they Pastor a vibrant and dynamic family church – Victory-to-Victory Church (V2V) in the UK, a dynamic and vibrant body of people who are on fire for Jesus.
Pastor Erica loves her work in the Kingdom of God, which includes Writing, Preaching, Teaching, Drama Productions, Women of Excellence Conferences and Retreats.
Pastor Erica Goodman has been married for nearly 40 years to Pastor Douglas Goodman. She is a Mother of four children, Michelle, Sarah-Jane, Danielle and Dominic and grandmother of four Ashley-Lloyd, Ayden, Myiah Mai and Kaylah Maree as well as being spiritual mother to many.
Pastor Erica’s passion for the body of Christ has always been to see every God’s people develop into the fullness of who God has ordained for them to be “virtuous and Godly men and woman”. Her passion is to teach the truth and fullness of God’s complete Word, to promote the standards of Christ and to promote unity in the body of Christ.
Alongside her husband Pastor Douglas Goodman they share a passion to promote unity and oneness amongst those who are married and families. Together they have a strong passion to see families strengthened and functioning as God intended.
